The disk type scraper self-cleaning filter is suitable for viscous chemical material .The product can filter and discharge residue automatically and continuously. Moreover,it can filter out the cleaning liquid and recycle the valuable solid particles in liquid when the system is working. The filter can self-clean automatically at regular intervals through automatic or manual control, and can work automatically in filteration, self-cleaning and discharge.

Working Principle：

With automated control system monitoring the filter operation, cleaning is accomplished by a disc. This is operated by pneumatic cylinder. When cartridge filter is blocked up by impurities and the differential pressure reaches a certain value, then PLC inspects the signal and sends out the indication. A spring-loaded cleaning disc moves up and down inside the cartridge filter and removes collected contaminants. The processed liquid flows from top to bottom, and from inside of the cartridge to outside. The contaminants that are collected on the screen are easily removed and discharged to the collection chamber. The residue can be removed quickly and  throughly.
