Multilayer sintered screen plays the role of filtering and supporting material in the three-in-one filtration equipment.
The three-in-one filter plates have high requirements on the sintered screen. The aperture should be uniform, the screen surface should be flat, and the flatness should not be 2mm on the surface of 1000x1000. No pits, foreign matter or contamination shall be allowed on the surface. No foreign matter should fall off, and ultrasonic cleaning should be done thoroughly.
The Multilayer sintered screen mostly adopts six-layer sintered mesh, that is, the thickness of sintering mesh is 3.5mm, the micron is mostly 5~25microns.
